i have chubby cheeks and want to know if there are any ways to get better and more defined cheekbones and a good jawline, creating a thinner face. any suggestions?Are there any facial exercises for a thinner face?
I had the same problem. Daily massaging dramatically made my face slimmer, more defined and skin tighter and firmer. First tighten face by partially opening mouth 3/4';and pulling lips firmly back against teeth and jutting out the chin slightly. It tightens most of face. Repeatedly massage focusing on cheeks but also chin area and all of face below eyes. do over and over with a forward and back motion using finger tips and front of fingers and sometimes palms depending where you are massaging. Circular massage is not effective. Use any essential oil, olive is excellent. If you can build up to a 30 min day massage(can be in 2 or 3 sessions) you will get fast results. Also rids skin of all blemishes and gives it a vibrant healthy glow. Work on the neck also helps slimming face. Place right hand on neck and starting from just left of chin point sweep all the way to back of neck and back. Do several times. Then do other side.

no. but the only way to thin out your face is to do some cardio exercises. if you look at photos of ppl from the biggest loser, there faces were on the chunky side. also if you do that, you may lose a couple pounds here and there. also if you are really skinny please just look at yourself on the positive side. girls with there cheekbones sticking out are the most disgusting view you could see.
There this one (you'll look REALLY funny doing it) that you have to ... imitate a camel to put it it's like you're chewing but from left to right . it really helped me so I hope it'll help you ^^
i want my face to get thinner too!
maybe just goin on walks, joggn, or runnin daily.
