Does gaining weight have any effect on facial features?

I.e., a teen would weigh 130 pounds, then put on weight, muscle/fat to get to around 180. Could the gain of weight cause a nose/ears to increase in size, or appear smaller. I've always wondered this. Thanks.Does gaining weight have any effect on facial features?

You nose, ears won't but your face could, cheeks, chin....you'll have a fuller looking face.
