use mederma!!! i dont recommend microdermabrasion or whatever those other peeps are recommending. it'll harm your skin in the long run and it'll be supersensitive...it's ridiculous. dont EVER do microdermabrasions, chemical peels, wahtever.How to deal with Facial scars?
glycolic peels ( for surface scars), vitamin e pills ( you'll notice a difference within a week), TCA peel ( for deeper scars or icepick scars), don't do the microdermabrasion because it's not that great and it requires so many sessions!

There's something called microdermabrasion. It's a treatment done at the dermatologists' and will require a few sittings.
At home, just stick to regaular, yet GENTLE, exfoliation (scrubbing). Do it no more than 3 times a week for no longer than 5 minutes each time with an adequate interval of at least one day. Exfoliate in quick circular motions all over your face and neck. Don't forget to moisturise thoroughly after that!
