I cannot speak from experience, but I'd think the bleaching product would have some instruction on safe frequency of use. If not, if there is a number you can call (many products do have help lines) then do that and ask...or check to see if the company has a website and contact information there (phone number or email).
I don't see why it would be an issue, but it really depends on the chemicals being used to bleach the hair and how readily they are absorbed into the skin (and how harmful if more than a small amount is absorbed).Is it bad to bleach facial hair more than once a day?
I can't imagine this being particularly good for you.
I;d recommend waxing, it's much more effective than plucking anyway.
