Do you look at body language/facial expressions to find out if someone is lying?

I really don't think it works well but do you do it? Do you think it works? Worked for you before?

I rarely lie...but there are many times where I answer people with those expressions that liars elicit(shifty eyes, mumbling, fiddling, etc.) just because that's the way I am.Do you look at body language/facial expressions to find out if someone is lying?
Basically if our heart is pure, that is more than sufficient. Pure heart is highly protected by nature. It is shielded. It is fortified. No untoward thing will be able to get nearer to pure heart. It is a kind of magnet. Magnets reject if it is not matching the polarity.

Generally I have seen weaknesses get exposed soon.Do you look at body language/facial expressions to find out if someone is lying?
I'm pretty good at telling when somebody is lying. I don't really know how I do though. I think it has to do with their tone of voice, how fast or slow they say it, their body movements, and many other things.

There are what you would call learned liars. They are incredibly good at this. One of the ways to do this is to first lie to yourself and make you believe that that lie is true. This is a great way to beat the lie detector.
At first I kinda did.

But then I realized its just not possible to detect by facial expressions/body language alone if a person is lying or not.

The only time it can be proven that a person lied according to the law is when he/she admits to lying or is caught on a video camera lying about something.
Well, most of the time one can tell if someone is lying by the person's body language and facial expressions but I guess there are always exceptions.
I look at thier eyes and the sound of thier voice. usually its gut instinct. I myself am a great lier and 90% of the time people cant tell if i am lying.
no! I never look hir/her body language, I conirm myself based on his/her work %26amp; behave.
It works sometimes. The raising of the eyebrows is how i can tell
Not at all. I always go with my gut feeling - I get a certain sensation in my gut and heart when I know someone is lying.
yes.

  • How do I use a facial spa?

I got this at a yard sale , new, but no instructions. It's a Conair Spa with auto shutoff and timer. I would like to know how to use it.

Thank youHow do I use a facial spa?
there's all different types of facial spa's, but the one's that are more common all you have to do is put hot water in them and put your face over it, the steam on your face will get rid of blackheads.e.t.c.

I am looking for a facial moisturizer with peptides and antioxidants.?

Do you use one that you can reecommend? Also, is it necessary to use a seperate moisturizer for the eye area?I am looking for a facial moisturizer with peptides and antioxidants.?
Yeah, Proactive has everything you need. They even have moisturizer for around the eyes.

Are there more women with facial problem?

I always get hair on my chin and on the side of my chin i always pull them out with a tweezer and sometimes i use those wax thing. Are there more women with those problem? And what do you do? And if your are married or have a boyfriend does he know that you have facial hair? Or do you hide it for him? Thanks in advance. Are there more women with facial problem?
Many MANY women have facial hair, the few who don't are damned lucky! It is natural and you shouldn't feel strange or embarrassed. The best method of keeping it under control is waxing, if you continue to do this the hair becomes softer and thins out. I DO NOT recommend tweezing, it usually thickens the hair. If you have light skin, you can bleach between waxes to keep them invisible. From my experience most guys know about it, especially if they have sisters. As long as you keep it under control for your own benefit and don't be self conscious, d guys won't be a problem. Take a trip to your pharmacy you will see tons of hair removal products for facial hair!! Sally Hanson wax strips for face works great! You're not alone!!Are there more women with facial problem?
I have the same problem and have come to conclusion as long as it is not mustache-level growth am going to leave well alone. All of the preparations sold in the stores burn me or whiten my dark skin. I'm no doc but it has something to do with the estrogen level. You may want to talk with your doctor about this, From a child I had hairy skin but the older I get the more the facial chin/mustache hair grew. They grow back thicker each time. If am interviewing I pluck them though
I have a lot of facial hair. When I was younger my sister gave me a bunch of crap because my side burns came down pretty far and weren't nice and thin like hers so I shaved them. A few years later I noticed dark hair under my chin being stupid I shaved it. I know now then that I had hormone problems. If I would have just left it alone I wouldn't have to worry about it now. My grandma went through the same thing except never did anything about it and after she got her period and what not her hair lightened. I now shave pretty much like a guy. I will not get close to a guy I will not wear my hair up I freak if anyone touches my face and I mean freak as in have a panic attack. To be honest I know someday I'll kill myself because of it. It literally takes the best part of life away from me.
I do have facial hair %26amp; it's caused by too many male hormones.

You should go to your doctor and have a chat about PCOS, it's very common in women, 1 in 10 women have PCOS.

I wax mine, my boyfriend knows but he's aware of the PCOS problem, so he doesn't mind.

What is the average age for a male to start shaving his facial hair?

OK, that is totally hormonally dependent, so there is no answer to that question. Some of my classmates started at about 15 years, I did not have significant beard to shave until about 18 years. If you get enough facial hair that it bothers you how it looks, then it's time. What is the average age for a male to start shaving his facial hair?
I started around the age of 13, so i would say from 13 to 16 or 18What is the average age for a male to start shaving his facial hair?
13,14,15 years old, it all depends on if they have facial hair already
It depends on when you started puberty so i wanna say when you hit your teens 13, 14, 15

How do I make my facial hair come in faster? Please Help me?
well facial hair does make you look older, but it's a pain in the butt. shaving sucks, you cut yourself and what not and it's no fun. very annoying. just be happy you dont have to do it yet. once you grow hair there's no getting rid of it. lol

but if you want to grow hair i suggest you use one of those special shampoo things to help men hair grow back on theyre heads. also you can use a foam. just ask your local pharmacist they will help you.

Can anyone recommend a good facial fake tan?

I've tried a couple of fake tans for the face and it just doesn't show up on me! I'm not sure if its just me or if its the product.. Can anyone reccomend a good one? Preferabley one that isn't more than 拢15! Lol thanks xCan anyone recommend a good facial fake tan?

Yes I can! It may be considerably more than 拢15, but you could just go on holiday?
that natural glow stuff seems to work alright but some tanning salons have a ';facial tan'; you just stick your face in it to tan... i saw it a one of the salons down the streeet called tropical tans
    find some chavettes

    ask them
We use cocobutter lotion and brown ink but don't get it by your eyes and it is great for legs, arms, etc. Don't wear white clothes with it on your arms, legs but it does work. Have fun and God Bless, Velle T

I would avoid fake tanners for the face, too often they look really really fake. I would stick with a good bronzer. Bronzers will give you more of a sun kissed look, which is what we're all going for. Just be careful not to go overboard on the bronze, or your face will look dirty.

  • If I want to design facial products, which major/profession should I choose?

I am thinking about going into dermatology and designing my own facial products, such as masks, creams, serums, etc. What I want to do is get my Master's in that, and then go to medical school. What should I major in if I want to design my own line of facial products?

Also, just out of curiosity, who are the ones who make the medicines for the pharmaceutical companies? Biochemists?

Thanks! If I want to design facial products, which major/profession should I choose?
you cant ';major'; in Dermatology - it is a discipline that medical school students choose to pursue.

It's not worth the hundreds of thousands of $$$$$$$ in debt you're going to be in to go to medical school - at least not to design your own facial products.

Your best bet is to major in something like biochemistry and then get your masters in that.

What are some good homemade facial masks?

I'm looking for sumthing I can just find in the kitchen or sumthing i have mixed normal-dry thx!!What are some good homemade facial masks?
here is what i suggest...these things helped me a lot and they are things that are very cheap:

mix baking soda and witch hazel/or water together until it comes to a good constancy, and then spread on your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. these two things are very inexpenisve and it's very easy to do since there is only two ingerdients. toothpaste is good also (for some people). put only a little bit before you good to sleep. some people use this as a mask but don't do it! it can change your skin tone and make your face discolored. aloe vera helps scars lighten and less noticable. use the gel or the real thing. try to buy a cleanser that works for you, and when you wash your face, open your pores with hot water (not to hot, or it will dry out your skin) and massage it gently into your skin. the use cold water at the end to close you pores. the smaller your pores are, the less likely you're prone to pimples. an egg yoke is good also. i used this when i had pimples. just take the egg yoke (the yellow part) and leave it on your face for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water and then splash your face with cold water. keep your hair out of your face because the oils in your hair could go into your pores. change you sheets because they're are trapped with dirt, oils, etc. zinc (type of vitamin) is the one of the best things you can use to get rid of pimples. you can buy these almost about any large store (such as walmart or shaws.) have one tablet per day and try to cut down the junk food and replace it with vegetables and fruits. clearasil, neutrogena, and proactive are good choices to start. don't use body soaps because they dry out your skin. don't scrub too hard either, because it can irritate your skin. tea tree oil helps alot, and it can help scars heal faster. What are some good homemade facial masks?
Honey is the best!! You have to leave it on for about 20 mins though. Egg yolk works aswell.

I have a question for anyone who has used Burt's Bees facial cleansers?

It will make your hair smell better than any other shampoo.

What kinda properties should a facial cleanser have for one with Combo skin???

would a mositure cleanser be good or no? i get pimples from time to time but i wouldnt say its out of control %26amp; im really oily @ times. maybe becuase i dont use moistureizer on a dialy basis

Neurtrogena has a no shine cleanser that really foams up!

Has beads in it for something, I guess blackheads. I paid like $7.99 for it. Bit fragrant, I think that is turning my skin red. I have problems with that salycic acid, turns skin red and benzyol peroxide enormizes my zits like on sterioids.

    Check out their soaps.

When do you think first facial hair gets so thick that it needs to be shaved?

First facial hair is often quite thin and annoying because is not thick like a full adult beard and looks like crap: do you think it needs to be shaved regularly like an adult beard, or you should wait until it gets thicker?

(Some of you might say ';shave it 'cause it'll grow back thicker'; but as far as I know that's just an optical illusion)When do you think first facial hair gets so thick that it needs to be shaved?
I shave once every 2 weeks, but its a full grown beard by then. really i should do it sooner but im lazy

its not a illusion by the way, the hair is a lot thickerWhen do you think first facial hair gets so thick that it needs to be shaved?
no optical illusion buddy, lol its a fact.
first facial hair looks ridiculus. Shave it off, it'S going to become much thicker over time.. and then if you want to have a beard wait for the summer holidays when nobody sees you except oyur close friends - becasue some stages of growing your first beard are gonna look terrible.
Does it matter if it's an optical illusion? It'll still look thicker

How do you make a facial mask?

I want something for my sleepover and i want something easy! But i dont want milk and honey and sugar or egg whites or any nasty things just stuff like avacado and anything else! NO BANNANASHow do you make a facial mask?
You can use strawberry and lemon juice to brighten and cleasne your skin.

Take about 2 stawberries- mash it up and mix in with half a lemon. Leave it on your skin for about 15 minutes and rinse with cold water

    Answer my question please

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?鈥?/a>How do you make a facial mask?
Here's one for a chocolate face mask! Its so yum, good enough to eat! If you don't have oatmeal powder just crush up oats into ity bity pieces! I'm sure your friends will love it!!!

    Ingredients

    1/3 cup cocoa

    1/4 cup of honey

2 tablespoons of heavy cream (sour cream will work as well)

    3 teaspoons of oatmeal powder

    Preparation

Mix all the ingredient until the mass in consistent. Apply on the face, gently massaging it so that oatmeal can start exfoliating the dead skin cell layer. Leave it on for about 20 minutes and rinse off with luke warm water.

In case you are wondering, there is a reason oatmeal and honey are added to this mix. Similar to its use in body scrub recipes, oatmeal it is recommended for sensitive skin, but can be used in preparation of facial masks for any skin type, as well as for preparation of facial exfoliants as it is gentle on the skin, yet highly powerful.

Honey on the other hand, is a great anti-bacterial agent, deeply cleanses your skin, and opens up clogged pores.

Now that you know all these benefits of chocolate, not only can you be guilt free while eating it, you can prepare an excellent chocolate face mask recipe and aid to your skins youthful look and nourishment.
Here's one I found online, The recipe is tailored for 1 mask:

    Ingredients

    * 1 avocado, peeled and seeded

    * 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

    * 2 slices cucumbers

Mash avocado and add olive oil. Apply to face. Place the 2 cumcuber slices over eyes. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

    Hope I helped!

  • I have gone for a facial the last 2 months and the next day I wake up with several pimples. Is this normal?

I have been following the spa's advice and using Aveda products morning and night religously. I have noticed that my pores and skin texture seem better, but I just can't rid myself of the few pimples I have. Should I just give in and go to the dermatologist?I have gone for a facial the last 2 months and the next day I wake up with several pimples. Is this normal?
I have had the same experience. Although Aveda are good products they are not meant for everyone. I didnt care for the facial as well, and left there feeling like a grease ball. But the facialist there talked me into buying the products and they made me break out also.

So I went to a different salon....an Indian salon actually to get a facial and the woman there told me that you SHOULD NOT be breaking out when you get facials. It should be helping you not going against you. And she was right. I did not break out from her facials at all. And she does not use serums and oils.

The products she uses are all natural and from India.

I think you should return your products and get your $$ back if in a month you keep breaking out.

I hope this helped:)I have gone for a facial the last 2 months and the next day I wake up with several pimples. Is this normal?
if ur worried or they are sore id say go 2 the dermatologist, but facials are supposed to cleanse your skin, and although they bring out spots straight after, skin tends to be clearer once the pimples subside.
Most probably you have a very active oil gland production. Increased in sebum production can cause dirt to easily adhere to your skin causing the pores to get blocked. Because of this and as the days pass, it becomes inflamed and pimple erupts. To get rid of the few pimples you have, you can try to apply a pimple neutralizer. Usually this neutralizer will facilitate faster healing of your beginning or already existing pimple in a few days. Some friends have tried and their pimples have healed. Or if you want better skin care regimen, you may want to try to visit a professional skin care specialist.
Facials help to draw out impurities. If your skin texture seems better, Id stick with it, but combine it with a good topical acne cream, or system, like proactiv.

Is my dermatologist right on facial skin care?

M dermatologist told me that when the skin on our face becomes dry and flaky, we should NOT apply moisteriser as that makes the flakes of dead skin stick back down and clogs the pores. Instead, she said it is better to apply nothing to the face that night, so the skin can renew itself or to apply a very light serum. I was astonished as I thought the answer to dry flaking skin was to moisterise. Is she right or is she talking nonsense? I thought a serum moisterised anyway? Is my dermatologist right on facial skin care?
Your dermatologist is right. Moisturiser is to stop dry flaky skin from occurring in the first place not to cure it. If your skin is flaking moisturiser won't cure it, you have to wait for the skin to flake off. Your skin renews itself naturally while you sleep. Gentle exfoliating helps, but be careful not to over exfoliate as this can irritate the skin underneath. Is my dermatologist right on facial skin care?
She might be right, but I never heard of such a thing really. I would use some gentle face scrub, and cream for my face type.

My skin was very dry, and I fixed the problem with good creams in short time. First I used Murad, which was pretty expensive, then I changed to seba med, which are very good products as well. Check more info on link below.
Mostly true. ALL skin needs moisturizer, even oily skin, because when you wash your face, you're depleting it of moisture it needs to repair itself.

The best thing for you to do for dry, flaky skin (as long as your skin isn't terribly sensitive) would be to get a product with a low level of glycolic acid. It will make you peel quite a bit initially, but it will remove the dead skin and aid in the healing process.

The next thing is to get on a good skin care regimen. Avoid harsh gel cleansers and stick to hydrating creamy cleansers. Aveda makes a great line for dry skin and it's all natural, too.

Serums can be a bit different from moisturizers, actually, depending on which type you're talking about. Serums are a more concentrated direct treatment, but are generally not designed to be used all over your face as a daily treatment because they can clog your pores.

There's also another great line by Peter Thomas Roth. They have a product called Botanical Buffing Beads, which is the best exfoliant I've ever used on myself or anyone else. The exfoliating beads are made of jojoba, which break down with water and actually become a second wash to help clean off your skin of the dry skin and impurities the exfoliation just removed.
    dermatologist cant be wrong

Thanks :)What to do about greasy facial skin during pregnancy???
First off, congrates on the pregnacy. The product that I use daily for my oily skin is the Artistry Balancing Skin care system. I use it ever night and sometimes in the morning. It has a cleanser, toner, and lotion specifically for oily skin. Very reliable and you can return it if it does not work for you. Go to http://Arcameda.com and search for balancing. You may also want to get a clay masque if you do not do that already once a week. Oily skin can cause acne and a clay masque will extract all the dirt out of your pores. Hope all is well.

Live in the moment! Do NOT practice in the mirror, because therefore you will be too focused on your facial expression, rather than acting. Just make a facial expression you would make in real life if that happened. The best thing to do is to take a video camera, and record yourself doing a scene.

Yes! If you read the warning labels on most of those prescription creams you will notice that they may bleach fabrics. If they can bleach towels they can bleach your facial hair. Most of the prescription creams I have will bleach towels , or clothing in a heart beat. So yes I can.Is it possible for the chemicals in prescription skin creams to turn facial hair blondish?
yes, if they contain benzoyle peroxide (a very effective acne treating substance usually only in Rx washes/creams) they can bleach hair and especially fabrics (keep your towels away from it)

How do i lighten my facial scar?

ok so i have had a facial scar for about 2-3 years and i wanted to know how to get rid of it. i have tried mederma and it did lower the bump(so now its flat) but did not do anything to the color. it is still dark red. should i use cocoa butter or what to get it closer to my skin color? How do i lighten my facial scar?
I would try bio oil. You can buy it at walmart or on drugstore.com. I've been using it for acne scars on my face along with cocoa butter. It takes about 3 months until you see results but it's definitely worth it because it works. I've also been using bio oil on extremely deep stretch marks on my inner thighs. They are obviously not completely gone, but it did help lighten the color. How do i lighten my facial scar?
Yeah, you could try some cocoa butter or some skin bleaching cream.I used to have a old burn scar across the right side of my face that was much darker then my skin tone and i used some skin bleaching cream. You can't even see the scar now.Good luck to you!

I have clean %26amp; clear duel action moisturizer but i feel it doesn't do enough. In your opinion and/or dermatologist tested what is the best moisturizer that is oil free and doesn't clog pores? What is the best facial moisturizer?
    Hi

I used to use clean and clear as well but my skin always ended up dry.

So i switched to clinique moisturizer. Its amazing. It is pricy but totally worth it. it lasts literally like a week. okay thats over reacting maybe like two days but its great. and it doesn't make my face dry or oily.

Here is the website for clinique.

You can go to skin care and click on moisturizers.

    Okay well hope I helped

SUNNYWhat is the best facial moisturizer?
When it comes to moisturizer, I suggest going with the Dove brand, specifically Dove Energy Glow. I've used it for a good two years, and it doesn't make your skin significantly darker, although it does give your face a really pretty glow and brightens skin, and it's formulated with a good amount of moisturizers. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, and you'll have to get used to the weird smell. It also has SPF15 to protect your skin, and it is seems pretty effective to me.

What's the best facial care product for $15 or under?

I have a blotchy skintone and sometimes get pimples. I really want to clear up that on my face, so if you guys know of any miracle products for that stuff please share! Doesn't have to be, but preferrably Aveeno. What's the best facial care product for $15 or under?
Klear Action (same ingredients as Proactiv) from Wal-GreensWhat's the best facial care product for $15 or under?
    free acne
I like St. Ives Apricot Scrub. $3.99 a jar and lasts for a few months. I don't have acne problems, but I use it to slough off dead skin, which keeps oils and dry skin at bay.
EQUATE Foaming Face Wash is sold at WALMART.

    It's unscented and deep cleaning!
have you tried noxema for sensitive skin? it is just a face wash. but it helps keep your face smooth and clean
Velocity from Mary Kay would take care of this problem. Please feel free to visit my website www.marykay.com/myndirogers to see more about this product.

Do you think human facial expressions are genetically programed into us? or programed into us by society?

do you think if our parents and friends didnt show facial expressions that we would have them?

this might be a stupid question but ive just been thinking about it.Do you think human facial expressions are genetically programed into us? or programed into us by society?
I believe that facial expressions are inherent to an extent. Even isolated cultures have been found to smile to express happiness, etc. If facial expressions were entirely learned, one would expect cultures with no contact with other civilizations to develop varied ways of signalling happiness and other emotions. However, there is a learned aspect to expressions and the expressions displayed by people vary according to their culture's norms (e.g. how much happiness or distress it is appropriate to display). I know there have been some psychology studies where they showed individuals of varying cultures a set of photos and asked them to identify the emotions displayed. The percentage of people who identified them correctly varied for each culture, so at least some expressions are not a completely universal thing. If I remember correctly, happiness was always identified with great success, so I would dare to guess that smiling is a very innate, natural action.Do you think human facial expressions are genetically programed into us? or programed into us by society?
There is not very much doubt that many basic expressions of emotion are instintual in nature, even in us.

Babies, for example, recognize facial expressions and tones of voice to a degree. Certainly not with the complexity of an adult - there is some learning that takes place. But research does indicate that ';a component of the ability to recognize facial expressions is unlearned';, a.k.a. instinctual (link 1).

There is also the universality of emotional expressions. You can go ANYWHERE in the world an probably have a fair idea whether someone is happy or not. Not a perfect idea, mind you, as learning and socialization can override just about any instinct. But what language is as universal as a smile?

And though it is still disputed whether animals themselves feel any emotions, they certainly SEEM to. We can look at completely wild, non-human creatures and have an idea whether they are having a good day or a bad one. How could this even be possible unless there was some common underpinning for all of us?
Facial expressions are so genetic that computer software is now used in places like airports to detect traveler's emotions. This first one is very specific, and tests your expressions to foods http://www.wired.com/science/discoveries鈥?/a>

The Mona Lisa certainly did not come from out modern society, and did not speak English (probably.) But check out this software http://smarteconomy.typepad.com/smart_ec鈥?/a>

    http://www.design-emotion.com/2006/12/18鈥?/a>
Learned. My daughter has almost solely the genes of my ex-husband - face, body, teeth, etc. People often say she looks like me because of her facial expressions. The laziness is genetic. She drops her stuff where ever she was using it and there it lies - as does her biological father. I'm a pile person. I make piles everywhere, then go through eventually and put them away.

Never let society program you. You do learn them from friends and family though. I think that if they didn't use this form of communication enhancement, you would learn it elsewhere. If no one used it, you'd have no where from whence to learn them.
Well there have been cases of babies, who have been braught up in families that were un happy and broken, they were never smiled at or laughed at. And now these children do not know how to smile or laugh.

I think everyone is capable of having human facial expressions and we are born with the ability but i think we have to learn them from people around us when we are growing up to understand what they mean.
I've read accounts of people who made 'first contacts' with primitive societies that have never met white people before. They talked about this, and were quite amazed to observe how they all understood the simple facial and body expressions, and demonstrated them themselves. They smile, laugh, frown, shrug, etc.
    Genetically
like what the first answerer said, we learn everything we think is natural now from our parents.

  • What is a good facial moisturizer that won't clog pores?

I work in a dusty environment, the dust dries my face and if I put moisturizer on my face it breaks out?! Red dry spots around my nose and chin. Is there a moisturizer that won't clog my pores?

Thanks for your help! What is a good facial moisturizer that won't clog pores?
Two products that have really worked wonders for me are 1) St. Ives (except I haven't seen the moisturizer in the pink plastic tub with the red lid in stores anymore) and 2) Clinique.

I tried Aveeno's moisturizer but the results were so-so. My skin FELT soft. The moisturizer didn't feel heavy or oily. But if I looked under the magnifying mirror, my skin wasn't was as smooth as I would have liked. Also, I only use press powder and no liquid foundation, the powder didn't take as well with Aveeno underneath. What is a good facial moisturizer that won't clog pores?
Proactiv solutions has a great moisturizer. Works on acne at the same time, but doesn't dry out. Has SPF too.
Neutragina, it regualarly priced, but Dermalogica is a lil bit better. Dermalogica can go pricey. 25-30 bucks a bottle.
Drink more water and use a different facial soap. Cloged pours is a myth. but you lotion may not be right for you.

Don't lose too much weight too fast. IF your workout is making you lose weight drastically, tone it down.

Buy Thomson Green Seedless Grapes, cut them in half, and rub them over your wrinkles. Keep for 15 mminutes and wash off. Try it everyday for a month, you'll see the different eventually. Remember, be patient, it's natural and therefore it'll take sometime.

definitely take fish oil supplements, fishoil is well known for its important ingredient Omega 3 which is essential for keeping your skin AND hair smooth and young...im taking it right now and i notice dramatic changes after taking it CONSISTENTLY everyday for 2 months. 2 months may seem like a long time but it really isnt. its worth the wait, you'll see. give it a try. it will heal you from inside out. good luck! btw, sunscreen doesnt guarantee perfect sun protection. i think Mexoryl sunscreen is the best available to block out UVA/UVB rays. try that. if anything, stay out of the sun as much as you can...its wht i always do, ive never been happier with the condition my skin is in today. you wont be disappointed if you try the things i suggested!! =]
its easy just always smile and be happy. eat fruits and drink water.
Take 400 IU Vit. E, 500 mg Vit C, Vit B and Iron supplement DAILY.... Don't forget to drink atleast 8 glasses of H2O everyday. Add lots of fruits to your diet... and don't forget to smile alot, after all you have a reason to smile....remember you succeeded in losing weight.
    poly filler,

    except it your getting old
while losing wieght,,,you need to keep up your vitamin intake...take Flax seed oil(all the omega you need) then add some Q10...it heals from the inside out...good luck on losing the weight....bless your health.....

  • Pregnancy and use of facial cleanser, is it harmful?

I'm 15 weeks on the way now and I've been avoiding beauty products that has whitening ingredients coz I know they can have negative effects on the baby's development. But one the other day, someone told me that even facial wash can contain chemicals that are harmful for my baby, even if it's not for whitening whatsoever. Is this true?Pregnancy and use of facial cleanser, is it harmful?
Not that I have heard. It's going on your skin, not in your tummy. But if it still worries you ask your doc or midwife.Pregnancy and use of facial cleanser, is it harmful?
proactive is not suppose to be used during pregnancy, my sister loves it but had to give it up during pregnancy, because the doctor said.
I don't know if I'm missing something, but isn't facial cleanser for your face, whereas your baby is in your womb, ie, nowhere near your face? I wouldn't worry about it - think about times before everything on the planet could have negative effects on you just thinking about it let alone using it/eating it/drinking it/etc!! We all came out ok, so quit worrying. I'm sure it'll be fine. If in doubt, just remember everything is ok in moderation. Like you won't get a heart attack from eating chips, but if all you eat is greasy chips, your chances greatly increase. Don't worry! :)

How do antioxidants in facial lotions work?

how would they fight free radicals by just applying them on the surface of your face? How do antioxidants in facial lotions work?
lolHow do antioxidants in facial lotions work?
As the name implies, antioxidants are substances that are capable of counteracting the damaging, but normal, effects of the physiological process of oxidation in animal tissue. Antioxidants are nutrients (vitamins and minerals) as well as enzymes (proteins in your body that assist in chemical reactions).Antioxidants block the process of oxidation by neutralizing free radicals. In doing so, the antioxidants themselves become oxidized.

Chain-breaking - When a free radical releases or steals an electron, a second radical is formed. This molecule then turns around and does the same thing to a third molecule, continuing to generate more unstable products. The process continues until termination occurs -- either the radical is stabilized by a chain-breaking antioxidant such as beta-carotene and vitamins C and E, or it simply decays into a harmless product.

Preventive - Antioxidant enzymes like superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase prevent oxidation by reducing the rate of chain initiation. That is, by scavenging initiating radicals, such antioxidants can thwart an oxidation chain from ever setting in motion. They can also prevent oxidation by stabilizing transition metal radicals such as copper and iron.

How Do you know when/if you're alergic to a Facial Product?

A friend of mine was wondering how do you know if you're allergic to a acne face product like would it make you break out more or..How Do you know when/if you're alergic to a Facial Product?
you might experience a rash, break out, get hives, or other bumps your friend is right! But some acnee products might make you break out more before you get better! my friend told me about a product like that! How Do you know when/if you're alergic to a Facial Product?
If you get rashes... itching... abnormal breakouts... etc. test on a small area (like on your leg... see if the same things happen)
When u wanna try something new apply it in the leg or hend and wash it , after 24hrs if u have redness or any kind of trouble u should not use it, if everything is u can start using it
What you do when you buy a new facial product is to test it on the inside of your wrist. And if after an hour or two, your skin isn't irritated, then it's okay to use the product.
your face will swell up and get red. a common thing that people are alergic to is something peroxide. it's found in a lot of face stuff. my mom is allergic to it. it makes her super red and splotchy.
well, your face will break out more or get all red and dry....sometimes even itchy

Cetaphil is the most gentle thing you can get for your skin. It has no fragrance, dyes, or chemicals that will hurt your skin. You can get the deep moisture cream (16 oz.) and use it on your entire body as well as your face. But since Cetaphils cream is about $13, get Walmarts generic (Equate) for $6....I have the generic and it works the same
    Dove facial cleanser.
Don't go to Walmart. After what happened on Black Friday I'm reluctant to go.
Dove brands are usually pretty good. The moiturizer even has a SPF so that's a plus...

How can I grow Facial Hair?

I am 22 and I can't grow facial hair at all. I was wondering if there was some type of medication or lotions I could use Thanks for the help. How can I grow Facial Hair?
i am not sure about this, but I have heard it so you may just have to try it if you are desperate...(honey)

Don't push it too hard though, some of us don't like hairy faces ;)How can I grow Facial Hair?
Do you have a fuzzy face? Shave it. I've had facial hair since I was probably in 7th grade. I'm 22 as well. It can have something to do with genes, too. I come from a ';hairy'; background, lol. Out of all the guys I graduated with from high school, a small school at that, I was probably 1 out of 3 or 4 that had real facial hair. The rest had fuzzy faces and long, thin hairs they considered facial hair. If you still have a fuzzy face, just shave it. It will start getting a little wilder so shave it again. That's how I started. Just experimented and then it started coming back black and thick. Good luck.
There are many products out there like Rogain that suggest they stimulate hair growth. The problem is that I've tried most of them and none of them seem to work. A lot provide the illusion that hair is growing like making your hair thicker. As far as facial hair is concerned, shave regularly and it should continue to come in thicker and thicker. This won't be an instant fix. Rather, it will take some years to build up. My personal feeling is don't wish for facial hair...it's a pain to shave every morning, or morning and evening in my case, and once you have it, you will spend the rest of your life trying to get rid of it.
I don't think there are any medications that could help. Probably testosterone? I don't know. You should ask a doctor.

But growing facial hair is all in your genes. Look at the trends of men growing facial hair in your family, maybe that'll give you a good idea of when you may start naturally growing your facial hair.
Unfortunately, it is all in your genes. I am just about to turn 19 and my beard has doubled in the last year. I can grow a neck beard and the chin very thick, the cheeks and the mustache/connectors are about half there.

Who knows, maybe you will develop a beard as your continue to age!
naw i dont think u want facial hair, its such a pain to shave it everyday or 2. I thought it was cool at first but now its just a pain. When you dont shave u look like a bum, so u just gotta.

But if you want facial hair, try shaving over your face with shaving cream, then keep doing that. Soon those tiny hairs will get bigger and bigger
Unfortunately I haven't seen anything to help that. I don't believe they make stuff like that. My brother is 24 and he really can't grow facial hair. It is very light and blotchy. My husband also. It could just be in your genes. Have you talked to a Dr. about it?
shame man. i empathise bro. im 17 and also dont have facial hair and really want but you at 22, sounds like a bit of a problem. i dont think there is any way to get facial hair. just have a lot of dairy stuff and shave with an electric shaver when you get that bum fluff sh*t.. sweet
If you are Native American or have a Native American ancestor, you could have one of their traits, Native American men don't grow beards or mustaches. Hope this helps.
prob not its just how some guys are, alot of guys in my family cant grow full facial hair.
put a chia pet on your face

What household items can i use to make a mask or facial?

i've been having beakouts all over my face....and lucky me i start high school aug 19th. i need to try natural things that will help. What household items can i use to make a mask or facial?
I think it's easier if you go to one of those natural beauty stores and buy a mask there because with that you can find out what which each mask does and which one would be best for you.

Oatmeal is good for skin though if you want to make your own..honey as wellWhat household items can i use to make a mask or facial?
apricots, papaya, oatmeal, (all those can me mixed with 2 tsp of salt)egg whites alone for firmness, chamomile for inflammation black tea and green tea for antioxidants.--drink it and put it on as well...(hehe, not the same bag of course)..toothpaste and you can also crush cinamon into the oatmeal....i really hope those options help, i hate acne, but i put that stuff on ( change it up everyday) so it does help alot. What also helps is consuming it, (hehehe, ofcouse not after u put it on ur face)...and drinking water...like 8 bottles each day...trust me...water alone, does the trick......oh yeah..and the tea needs to be caffine free, b/c caffine is what causes break outs..

Wat will they do to my face?First time getting a facial lil ance prone how do i know if im getting a good service will it hurt?
i wouldnt do it. every time i got one i broke out two days later. even my boyfriend noticed. ive tried some of the best spas in dc and had no luck.

After I use my facial wash, my face becomes itchy and after a few days I got pimples. What should I do?

Do I need a facial moisturizer? Everybody says I've got great skin. But I beg to differ. I also changed my facial wash today.

Ever since, I only use facial wash. I'm 21 now and that's all I do. I also don't wear make up or foundation. I'm also prone to allergies. After I use my facial wash, my face becomes itchy and after a few days I got pimples. What should I do?
You should always use a facial moisturizer after washing your face, preferably something with spf :)

Since, you are prone to allergies, try switching to Aveeno products. They are for sensitive skin and can be found at Target, Walmart, etc. After I use my facial wash, my face becomes itchy and after a few days I got pimples. What should I do?
hi im a beauty therapist and it sounds like your wash is stripping your skin of all its natural oils and a thing called your acid mantle (this protects your skin from the sun, pollution and in the end helps fight premature aging) the best way to check if your wash/cleanser is too harsh for your skin is to wash your skin with it then move the muscles in your face; if your skin feels 'tight' then it is the wrong product for you.

what i recommend is going to your local beauty salon and get your skin analysed this should only take 15-25 minutes and cost around $20 the beauty therapist will then be able to tell you what skin type you are and what products are suitable for your skin. i recommend either dermalogica or ahava as very good middle of the market products. hopes this helps you
i'd stop using whatever ur using. also, try witch hazel after u wash, then moisturize. i make all my own stuff, so i can't exactly tell you what to get. but i would recommend Burt's Bees stuff. i like the willow bark scrub. i've never used anything else of theirs except for their lip chap, but i still like their stufffffs.

if you reallllly wanna treat your skin nicely, each night, rub a tiny bit of liquid lanolin onto your face (i usually do a drop on forehead, drop on each cheek, then a drop on my chin). when you wake up, it won't be completely soaked, in, but almost. when you take a shower, the excess will wash off and leave your skin poreless. if you do this every night, it will appear like you have cover up on, and the look of perfect skin.

    pretty cool.

i guess you should change your facial wash again, if it's breaking you out and giving you breakouts.

i'm no einstein, but i guess there's something in the wash that you're allergic to.
Okay, so obviously you have problems with your facial cleanser. STOP USING IT! Try this:

Use CetaphilTM 's Cleanser and Moustrizer and also stop washing your face with a wash cloth. Use a sponge or a tissue.
usually, people with great skin might get allergic reactions for such products. try getting a product that doesn't contain much alcohol or some product that is dermatological reccommended....
Use a facial moisturizer and make sure you wash your hands before you touch your face.
    Maybe your allergic.
You need to stop using it asap. Try St Ives or any No7 Face wash.

Biore Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser for oily, acne-prone skin, though critics say that a gentle, water-soluble cleanser like Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser (*est. $12 for 16 oz.) is just as effective and may actually be better for blemished skin. Biore's Ice Cleanser does, however, contain salicylic acid, which studies show is effective for treating acne. However, skin-care expert Paula Begoun says salicylic acid is not as effective in a cleanser because of its brief contact with the skin. Still, consumers at MakeupAlley.com and Drugstore.com give Biore relatively high marks and say that although it is a bit drying, the cleanser effectively clears blemishes.
there's cetaphil, but its a little expensive. the bottle is kinda big though. it'll take some makeup off, but not completely.
Dermatologists recommend mild soap and water. Dove, Neutragena and Basis soaps are the best.

Do you know the facial exercises one can do to avoid wrinkles?

can you pls teach me how or refer me to a website that shows this exercise?Do you know the facial exercises one can do to avoid wrinkles?
The answer is: None. Wrinkles are caused by muscle tension underneath the skin (among other things). Increase your facial muscle tone and you'll increase your wrinkles. This is why botox (botulinium toxin) works. It prevents the release of acetylcholine, which causes the muscles to remain flaccid rather than tense. There are other ways to prevent wrinkles though, such as not smoking and tanning in moderation. Try to look bronze all the time and you'll look like a leather handbag by 40.

Regarding the use of over-the-counter creams, most research shows that the massage does more for your skin than the cream. But yeah, like the person above me said, google for more specialized info on the topic.

And as kind as it was of the person below me to copy %26amp; paste an advertisement for Dermaxin... There are as many theories on wrinkle fixes as there are people trying to sell a product. Collagen and elastin, the two big stars of beauty products, don't do any good rubbed into your face - nevermind that there are nearly 30 types of collagen used in the body, and it's anyone's guess as to which anatomical region of what species your cream came from. If you want a topical cream that will do something, see a dermatologist. To top that off, 1) Lymph doesn't carry ';dirt and debris';, it never comes into contact with anything but interstitial fluid and the bloodstream. And 2) the site says facial exercises will help lymph flow? The only lymph nodes in your face are behind your tonsils; good luck with that.

Moral of the story, get your info from a reputable source that isn't trying to sell you something.Do you know the facial exercises one can do to avoid wrinkles?
Try putting facial exercises into your google search engine honey, you will have an array of facial exercise minipulations. And they do work, my Mother used to do them 15 minutes a day, every day, great for conditioning the skin too..

What is the best facial cleanser, toner, and moistuizer set?

I'm looking for a good recommended facial cleanser, toner, and moisturizer set thats reasonably priced. I have light fair skin with freckles, and my face is generally combination, with light oilyness in my T-zone and light dryness in my cheeks. I'm looking for something that will even me out and help with aging. ThanksWhat is the best facial cleanser, toner, and moistuizer set?
i would say pro-active but its not cheap my mom bouught it for my bro for his birthday and wow she spent alout of moneyyou could try the tingle stuff from clean and clear thas wat i useWhat is the best facial cleanser, toner, and moistuizer set?
I also have used the A-R-T and it is fantastic!!! Nothing better , with REAL results!! Report Abuse

origins works great!! but by reasonably priced i dont exactly know what you mean because it can run expensive for my family seeing as that there are 4 girls. i used to have about the same problem as you except my skin is tan i dont have freckles and i probably had more acne than you. origins works really good and should solve all your problems. =] hope i helped.
You could use the A-R-T Skin Care System. It includes a day activatore, night reconstructor, gentle foaming cleanser, and a prifying toner. All together it is $115 but it is really worth it. My grandmother and I use it. It keeps my face clear, and it diminishes the lokk af age spots and wrinkles on my grandma. Everyone thinks that she is my mother, she looks so young. Or you could also buy the cleanser and toner separetly. The toner is $19.79 and the cleanser is $27.50. I know that they also sell sample packets if you'd like. the sample packs include the day activator and the night reconstructor. You get 25 packs of them for $24.75.

  • Does anyone know if Charlotte Russe employees are allowed to have facial piercings?

And any other additional details of the dress code. Thanks!Does anyone know if Charlotte Russe employees are allowed to have facial piercings?
The only piercings you're allowed to have are the ones on your ear lobes. My manager got her nose pierced, but she can't wear her nose ring when she works. You really shouldn't wear gold or silver jewelry because the store doesn't sell it. You have to wear accessories like earrings, bracelets, a belt, etc. If you wear jeans they have to be refuge or hydraulic. You can't wear any shirts with a hood and nothing with a brand name or any shirt that says anything (unless there is a promo). You can't wear sneakers or flip flops. Flats are really good, heels arent a good idea cause we run around a lot. You can't dye your hair an unnatural color. I think thats about it...good luck

Hirsutism-How long will I have to take spironolactone and at what dose before i notice my facial hair fading?

I have alot of dark coarse chin hairs. I have read alot about spironolactone helping alot with getting this under control. But at what dose, and for how long until I would start to notice a difference? also, does it lower blood pressure a whole lot? I naturally have low blood pressure so I hope it will be ok for me to take for hirsutism. thanksHirsutism-How long will I have to take spironolactone and at what dose before i notice my facial hair fading?
The spironolactone (generic for Aldactone) would have to be taken for an indefinite period of time in order to help with controling the hirsutism. The lowest dosage they have for the medication is at 50 mg and the highest they can go is to around 200 mg.

When I first went on it thru the brand name Aldactone I was put on it at 100 mgs per day when I started to notice improvement. It didn't affect my BP by dropping it any lower.

I would recommend getting back in touch with your doctor to see what they say.

Can I keep my level and everything and change my facial appearance ever in Mass Effect 1 or 2?

It's not that my Shepard is bad looking, I'm just kind of bored with him and didn't put as much thought into making him as much as my Oblivion and Fallout 3 characters. If I can ever change the face of my character in Mass Effect through out the first game or the upcoming second, without loosing my almost level 60 status, that would be great. Thank you!Can I keep my level and everything and change my facial appearance ever in Mass Effect 1 or 2?

Sorry, in either Mass Effect 1 or 2, you can not change the appearance of your character. If you want a different appearance, you need to start a new character and you lose all your skills and things like that. Sorry.

Why do so many students hate/are surprised by their facial features in their yearbook pictures?

According to Marilyn vos Savant (I believe her name is) of Parade paper, your image in the photos are largely determined by the lighting, the reversion, as well as many other camera factors. These factors also make your photographed image ';less real';. Does anyone know what these ';other camer factors'; are?

Professional photographers know these camera factors including the liighting and light their subjects to the best of their advantage. But, how come many school photographers don't seem to know how to do their job right according to many students' reactions to their photos? Why do so many students hate/are surprised by their facial features in their yearbook pictures?
It is not the photographers fault. The images are probably a very good likeness of the people in question. The problem is that most people, especially young people, think they look better than they actually do. They are used to looking at themselves in a mirror, and in a mirror, you tend to view yourself in the most flattering pose. You don鈥檛 typically make yourself have a double chin in the mirror...no, you tighten your muscles, an tilt your head so that you think you look good. Why do so many students hate/are surprised by their facial features in their yearbook pictures?
Photos of people done professionally hardly resemble their real-life selves, so they see their own picture as unfamiliar. That's what happens when you use artificial lighting and shadows and airbrushing. If you're talking about people looking years back at their photos, that could just be a fashion thing. Times always change, so you will most likely always be ashamed of a photo of yourself when you look at it 20 years later.
well i mean ppl r rely scared cuz wat if ur eyes r closed or u mouth is too big and if u have a big skool and ppl look at u then they're like hahhhh ur face is ugly
well, Maynard_J...almost gave the answer but I have to add something to it:

the left side and the right side of faces are not completely analog and every body is used to see their face, horizontally flipped in the mirror every single day( left side on right, right side on left ) so usually nobody likes his/her picture. but if you add some effects to your pictures like wind into the hair or posing glamorous, you may like the pictures more because those are not images that you see of yourself every day in the mirror.

I'm gonna be honest with ya man, enjoy the peach fuzz. Most ladies like a clean shaven dude anyway. And by the time you get a bit older and your beard comes in thicker, you're gonna get really bored with shaving and grooming your face forest. And no, coconut oil won't do anything to make your beard grow in faster in case my reasoning didn't get through to you. If you don't believe me though, just check out this link:

    http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Is_there_any_w鈥?/a>

Anyway, hope this helped! If you put cocoanut oil on your face, would more facial hair grow? If so where can i get cocoanut oil?
ok listen: shaving ur hair more doesn't make it thicker!!! hair naturally tapers at the ends, so when u shave it off the new tips come out thick compared to the old tips, but really it they're the thickness that the hair closest to ur head was.

and i have no idea if coconut oil makes hair grow faster, but i do know that if u want a tan it gets u really really dark. u can find it at most grocer stores.
You cant make facial hair grow faster, you can shave it so it grows thicker. Honestly its a pain though you do not need facial hair, you may think its so cool right now but later you're gonna regret it.
    No probably not.

you can get coconut oil at a local indian store, or a organic foods store.
Haha belive me im 14 to but i have to shave like everyother 3 days and its a pain really i thought itd be cool but its jsut a pain
    No, it wont.

shave a lot, an eventually your beard will grow out

but you will so regret that when your older

enjoy not having to shave everyday
No, it won't make it grow faster. But you can buy it at a health food store.
no the more you shave the more hair you grow.
So will cow s***. You can find that on the farm.

What are your favorite products to use for giving a facial?

I love to use facial masks, especially the kind that heats up. I think a light scrub is good, and I like to steam my face (sit over hot steam with a towel over my head) then take a cold wash rag and wipe my face off. The steam opens your pores. I think it is great to drop a nice scent into the steam to help your body and mind relax (great stress reliever). What are your favorite products to use for giving a facial?
Use St. Ives facial scrub every day in the shower. At night, apply a thin coat of Oil Of Olay total effects moisturizer to fight the 7 signs of aging and you will never need a facial again. Trust me, nothing works better to give your skin the healthiest glow possible. Total Effects can cost around $25 but it's worth it.What are your favorite products to use for giving a facial?
My favourite product for a facial is the H2o+ Mineral Mud Mask. It is excellent for reducing oil production and is filled with vitamin enriched ingredients to draw out impurities and even out skin tone. This is followed by the H2o+ Face Oasis Moisturiser which is easily absorbed by skin and gives a lasting effect on skin appearence.

Im 23 years old and have very little facial hair growth. Can Androgel be used to increase facial hair growth?

I have heard Androgel is typically for older men but Im wondering if it can be used to incease facial hair growth. I grow some hair above my lip and a little on my chin and some for sideburns but none of the areas look full. I have very few hairs on my cheeks and jawline and none on my neck.Im 23 years old and have very little facial hair growth. Can Androgel be used to increase facial hair growth?
Don't worry about it. Chicks dig guys with no facial hair.Im 23 years old and have very little facial hair growth. Can Androgel be used to increase facial hair growth?
I've been in your ';boat'; so to speak! Most importantly, it's genetics! Yep, mine suck! Is your genetic-father ';hairy';? Any brothers you can compare to (if the same genetic father)? If not, it's more than likely genetic!

If you go to a doctor, go to an Endocrinologist or a Urologist. They will more likely check your Testosterone levels. If you're no producing enough Testosterone, the'll check for the problem (pituitary, etc.). If you are considered ';hypogonadic'; like I was, and decide to use Testosterone on you, they might give you choices like Testosterone shots or Androgel (like you mentioned). To me, in my own personal experience, I've tried both and the shots hurt, but rubbing the Androgel on each day (or as prescribed by your doctor) is a much better route to take! At first, I started to get hairier on my body (chest, legs, and yep, face), and my sex-drive finally went up compared to where it was all those years, but eventually it stopped working for me as well as it did in the beginning! Not to scare you, but I got heavy, and my doctor performed a test and found that my body was converting my extra Testosterone into Estrogen!

Go to the doctor and see what he/she says. Just because I had good and bad problems with it doesn't mean you will to! I hope it works out for ya bud! Good luck! ;-)

How old do you have to be to get a facial piercing?

hey! hah i dont really wanna give myself snake bite piercings my self, and i am not 18. Soooo how old do u have 2 be if there is even an age limit. Hah cuz my mom wud be like uh no! :PHow old do you have to be to get a facial piercing?
Without consent the age limit regardless of state is 18 so you would need your mom to take you (and she needs to prove she's your mom so a friend will not cut it). Even if you found a place that would pierce you illegally (*not* a place you'd want to be pierced at) it's not like you're mom isn't going to notice a piece of metal sticking out of your face that wasn't there before. How old do you have to be to get a facial piercing?
I believe its 16/17 with parental consent and 18+ you don't need your parents where I live but call a local piercing/tattoo studio and ask them. Trust me don't pierce yourself...its not worth it if they got infected.
well 18 if your by yourself

if your under 18 you need parent permission

otherwise there isnt an age limit i dont think.
errm dunno i think you have to be like over fourteen to have them done and 18 to do them your self . but if your under 18 you need parental permission!
18 babe but it depends what country your in i guess.

How to grow a beard when you dont have little facial hair follicles?

Reason is bcuz I can't grow a full moustache, the hairs are sparse and wide from each other so there is no density.

As for beard, I have not a single hair follicle/gland on my face other than some hairs above my lips (which i just mentioned).

so is there any way to help me grow a beard? hair implantation? or some drug? sometime that is most economical and least invasive. How to grow a beard when you dont have little facial hair follicles?
If you really want a beard, buy a fake one and glue it in.How to grow a beard when you dont have little facial hair follicles?
be patient, it will thicken on its own. if it doesn't be happy, you won't have to shave as often.

and don't let a few hairs dangle on your face until it grows in, it looks stupid.. keep clean shaven until you are sure you can grown a beard or moutache.....
If u have attained puberty, u might start shaving and see if it improves the situation.
I wish i was you, I'm 16 and I have a full beard, I think everyone should be who they are you can never be happy until you accept that you are who you are, all the posts i see here in health are about penis size, weight etc. Your never going to be 100% happy with the way you want to be, you can only be 100% happy with the way you are, and until you do that your just going to go crazy over fixing things that arnt broken, So what you don't have any facial hair, just be happy with what you've got ok!

Anyway don't waste your money on things like miracle grow formule they wont work. And to my knowlage the only thing that will is hair implant and you don't want to go down that road...
How old are you? If you're in your teens your hormones have not finished to job yet. You do have hair folicules in your face. Give it time. You'll get hairy in many places including your face, back, genitals, underarms, arms and legs.

  • What are some great easy recipies to make a homemade facial mask?

Hope this helps http://hubpages.com/hub/homemadefacemaskrecipesWhat are some great easy recipies to make a homemade facial mask?
    Depends on your skin type.

I have oily/acne prone skin and this is my favorite homemade facial mask:

    1) a few aspirins (yes, plain old cheap aspirin- which contains salicylic acid- from Wal-Mart)

    2) a couple spoonsful of vitamin E oil

    Directions-

    1) Put a few drops of water (I prefer distilled) on the aspirins and let them sit for a few minutes to soften. If they don't soften, put a few more water drops.

    2) Mix the aspirin in with the Vitamin E oil

    3) Massage into your skin, let sit a while while you relax, then wash off.

B/c aspirin contains salicylic acid, it is great for oily skin.

I'm not implying that you have oily skin or acne (like I do) I'm just saying this is my favorite.

    I used this:

( it came in a kit but you can get these things anywhere!)

    You need:

    Honey

    Oats ( get in oatmeal)

and that's it just mix it together. My aunt ( it was a sleepover at my cousin's house) microwaved it for a couple seconds to make it more soothing. Just put it on your face whatever way suits you and it works really well.

I hope you like my recipe!!!

How to Prevent Facial Hair from growing faster?

I'm 14...and I shave about once a week, and my dad shaves everyday. I want to avoid the hassle of shaving everyday, before its to late. How to Prevent Facial Hair from growing faster?
Most men will end up shaving everyday. It's just something that you'll end up having to do. I hate shaving, but I do it. Just part of being a man.

Just be glad that you don't have to shave your legs and armpits like girls do!!!How to Prevent Facial Hair from growing faster?
Sorry, hair growth is genetic. There is no way to slow down hair growth.
Brother if you already started the shaving prosses then you are screwed, its gonna come now like it or not, its genetic, if yer pops has got it the you shall as well
Either decide to grow a beard or become an eunuch.
Time to step up and be a man, as that is what you are changing into. Certain you will be shaving daily as you get older, so what, just will be part of your normal routine. There is no cream or lotion or other drug to stop or slow down hair growth ';before it is too late';. You entered puberty, it is already too late. Just wait till you start growing hair in your crack and on your ears!
Be proud of your facial hair kid.
The only suggestion i would have is to wax it off, or maybe if you are only having to shave once a week then it should be still thin enough that you could possilby use Nair (but i don't know if you can use it on your face). The first might not feel so well, but you wont have to shave as often and it may keep it from coming in as thick, and the second, well, it stinks! and it would be right under your nose! The most permanent way to take care of it is to have electrolisis or laser hair removal, and that can be expensive. GOOD LUCK!
Unfortunately, because your 14 and your dad is a grown man, you might inherit his hair grown gene. My brother was unable to grow his go-tee and have it connect to his side burns at one point. Guess who also had that same issue? My dad. At 14 your body is still changing, so there is a chance that you might get lucky and will not have to shave as often as your dad even when you're his age. Take great care of your skin (girls love smooth skin-no icky bumps please) by investing a great astringent, and making sure you use a clean razor or clippers when shaving, that should keep skin nice, clear, and clean, and keep the hair growing the way it normally should.

you need to have different face washes... just like with medicine, once your body is used to one its immune to it for a while and it stops working.

right now your face is immune to your facewash.. you should have 3 different ones and alternate dailey with them, this will help you to get the best resultsWhy dont my facial wash products work anymore?
just change it to another brand your supposed to change all your face hair and body lotions every 3 - 6 months to stop a build up of the product and that's what stops it working

normally these things have a shelf life of 6m, but if kept cool and in the box away from light 2-3 years is still OK.

if manufactured in Europe it has to say on the product what the shelf life is...

and the shelf life is one thing - stillok after that but stores shoudl not sell it any longer..

I have an assignment to exaggerate any feature of any celebrity's face, dead or alive, and draw them. I was thinking about doing something funny, like Elvis with big ears. I don't really know though.I need to draw any celebrity with an exaggerated facial feature. Any ideas?
Michael Jackson the way he is.

Same with George Bush (if you would call him a celebrity).I need to draw any celebrity with an exaggerated facial feature. Any ideas?
    50 cent with bunny teeth

    Micheal Jackson with no nose

Britney Spear with a wig..like make it look obvious
    Al Pacino.
    Jay Leno and his chin.
Gilbert Godfrey he has squinty eyes and HUGE teeth
i agree with j-lo's butt. it'll be unexpected
Borat ..... and his overly bushy eyebrows

or owen wilson and his weird nose...that would be the best idea
    Bjork...has really interesting face
Phyllis Diller .... very unusual, witchy face with a hook nose. (Famous comedian)
Angelina Jolie's gianormous lips would be easy to do. Just draw lips like normal, except 3 times bigger.
Jim Carey with his horse face. Also Marilyn Monroes mole.
Sara Jessica parker has a really long chin or you could use her nose
    Barbara Streisand
Jay Leno with an really BIG chin!

    LOL
    or jenifer lopez's butt
I've always loved george bush charactatures (however you spell it)
Samuel L. Jackson with his buggy eyes and gap between his teeth...

I have blonde facial hair(other than my eyebrows), but you can still see my upper lip hair. What should I do?

I tried shaving, but it hurts and doesn't really work and I can't do anything too extreme like laser hair remover.I have blonde facial hair(other than my eyebrows), but you can still see my upper lip hair. What should I do?
wax it! Best solution for getting rid of hair....anywhere!

The best product that I have used are the all ready pre-waxed strips. It will sting a little if it is your first time waxing but it will be worth it. And I would suggest doing it at night when you don't have to go out anywhere because it will probably make your face a little red for a bit. Good luck!I have blonde facial hair(other than my eyebrows), but you can still see my upper lip hair. What should I do?
No no no! You shouldn't ever shave anything on your face!

    Anyway, use this:

Try threading...It is less painful and it works if you do it right. There are many youtube videos but you should watch this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqKPM-9Cd鈥?/a> , also check out her website for more advice: http://www.bubzbeauty.com/home.html . If you follow all the directions it should. My upper lip hair is black but after I did threading it was all gone!!! Good Luck this should help a lot, also thread right after you took a shower or bath. Use other youtube videos to because they help. Good Luck!!!
There's is a great website that has some good tips and techniques that you can use on your hair. There are also some third party options that are reliable. The site is www.hairfinish.com. It has all the info you need and it is a very trustworthy site(heard from a couple of my close friends) Hope you find your answer.
The only thing shaving will do is make your hair thicker

and those lotions don't help a bit at all..like nair..makes your skin burn and break out too, so it's not a good substitute

I recommend you wax it... use those wax strips they sell at like target or walmart, they work pretty well actually!
Well, the best thing to do is buy smooth away. I use it on my upper lip and it works great.

    Here is the link: https://www.getsmoothaway.com/ver44/inde鈥?/a>
if the hairs are very fine, you can try just using a ';piece of masking tape'; instead of waxing. if they are thicker, pluck with tweezers. though your best bet might be ';Smooth Away';.
%26lt;b%26gt;dont shavee itll come back even worse.

try using hair removal cream, if that doesnt work try having it waxed at the hairdressers
I would say bleach but its already blonde so wax!

It keeps it smooth for 4-6 weeks
if you wax it, make sure you do it long before your going out because it leaves redness.
you were shaving your face? well guys do that, but i dont suggest it for girls. try waxing it.
use a nose hair trimmer on your upper lip. lol
    like every1 said wax it
my friend says she uses burning lotion once a month
    wax it,
    nair?
why not try waxing? i advise that you do it professionally though. good luck!

Exfoliate after you have had a facial sauna - this can be done with a bowl of hot water and a large towel as a tent. Then just squeeze the things - its the only way

My baby shakes his arms and has a strange facial expression?

I've read others saying their babies have arms and hands shaking and it was nothing BUT my child also has a very strange facial expression with his eyes wide and mouth open and he has recently started turning his head down to the side and doing the same thing. Anyone have these things happening th their babies? My baby shakes his arms and has a strange facial expression?
If you think it is something serious then get him checked out. It could be epilepsy or some other neurological problem.

My friend had a baby that was having seizures and while she is ok now it was very frightening at the beginning. My baby shakes his arms and has a strange facial expression?
My daughter does something very similar. She will flap her armes and 'frog' kick her legs in unison while opening her eyes really wide and grinning. She does this when she gets excited! Have you noticed a pattern... does he do it when you talk to him, enter the room... It's probably just him trying to exercise those muscles and experimenting with what his body can do. If you are still concerned, bring it up to his ped. at your next visit.
my 10 day old daughter does a lot of weird motions and movements. all babies do as infants. it's just reflexes the body is still trying to figure itself out. if you really feel like its not normal than call your pediatrician thats what they're there for.
my daughter did it a bit when she was real little but niot the head as well. She outgrew it after a while
it would really help to know how many months your baby is, but all babies shake their arms, it sounds to me like he's making a mad face! he's just gettin in touch with his body, he likes it!
    STROKE!!!!!!
well My son shakes his arms when hes going to cry or is upset..

if you think its abnormal maybe you should speak with doctor.
