What to do about facial bumps that are not pimples?

i have some bumps on my chin that are not acne. i had a lesion removed from my forehead that was caused by depression meds and was wondering if that's what these are or something similar? they come and go but was told they are not lesions. what are they and how do i get rid of them? my surgeon has scheduled a dermatologist appt. for me.
