Do you know the facial exercises one can do to avoid wrinkles?

can you pls teach me how or refer me to a website that shows this exercise?Do you know the facial exercises one can do to avoid wrinkles?
The answer is: None. Wrinkles are caused by muscle tension underneath the skin (among other things). Increase your facial muscle tone and you'll increase your wrinkles. This is why botox (botulinium toxin) works. It prevents the release of acetylcholine, which causes the muscles to remain flaccid rather than tense. There are other ways to prevent wrinkles though, such as not smoking and tanning in moderation. Try to look bronze all the time and you'll look like a leather handbag by 40.

Regarding the use of over-the-counter creams, most research shows that the massage does more for your skin than the cream. But yeah, like the person above me said, google for more specialized info on the topic.

And as kind as it was of the person below me to copy %26amp; paste an advertisement for Dermaxin... There are as many theories on wrinkle fixes as there are people trying to sell a product. Collagen and elastin, the two big stars of beauty products, don't do any good rubbed into your face - nevermind that there are nearly 30 types of collagen used in the body, and it's anyone's guess as to which anatomical region of what species your cream came from. If you want a topical cream that will do something, see a dermatologist. To top that off, 1) Lymph doesn't carry ';dirt and debris';, it never comes into contact with anything but interstitial fluid and the bloodstream. And 2) the site says facial exercises will help lymph flow? The only lymph nodes in your face are behind your tonsils; good luck with that.

Moral of the story, get your info from a reputable source that isn't trying to sell you something.Do you know the facial exercises one can do to avoid wrinkles?
Try putting facial exercises into your google search engine honey, you will have an array of facial exercise minipulations. And they do work, my Mother used to do them 15 minutes a day, every day, great for conditioning the skin too..
