You are placed in a reclining chair similar to a dentist chair. A band is placed around your face to keep the hair away from your face. Your face is cleansed very gently with cotton balls or similar, and from there very gentle creams and continual hand massage is used from the neck up. It is extremely relaxing and your face feels very refreshed and clean afterward. Enjoy!
