HAS ANYONE HERE ACTUALLY SUCEEDED IN HIDING FACIAL PIERCiNGS FROM THEIR PARENTS?

what kind of piercing?if you werent able to hide it for long, how long?and what piercing was it?HAS ANYONE HERE ACTUALLY SUCEEDED IN HIDING FACIAL PIERCiNGS FROM THEIR PARENTS?
when i was 15, i went to new york to visit a friend. we got fake id's and decided we were going to get our tongues pierced. i flew home 2 days later when my tongue was still all swollen and i was talking funny--it would have been OK if my mom hadn't made spaghetti for dinner--the noodles kept wrapping around the barbell and i must have looked like a dog with peanut butter stuck on the roof of its mouth. needless to say, my mom found out and really wasn't happy at all. the pierced nose actually worked a little better because i was able to get one of those little tiny nose studs and she didn't see that for a few months...needless to say, i don't think it's possible to hide a facial piercing for too long from a parent...HAS ANYONE HERE ACTUALLY SUCEEDED IN HIDING FACIAL PIERCiNGS FROM THEIR PARENTS?
This is pretty funny. Unless your parents can't see well they are definitly going to find out. I had a piercing on my face right above my lip on the right side, my mom noticed it but didnt say much, how ever my dad didn't notice for a bout a week and said he thought it was a bogger and thats when he found out. But if you are never home- there's a chance they may never know.
i peirced my nose and told my mom that i popped a zit in that place..hehe...:-)
i dont have any facial piercings (yet)

but while we're on this topic...

how about a septum peircing?

it's kinda wierd to use a stud in it, but if you use a small one, maybe...
My lil sister hid that she had pierced her nose, she told our mother that she had had a pimple there.
I hid my tongue ring from my mom for a couple of days but than she found out. My dad still doesnt know about it but than again I never see him. Im planning on gettin my nose pierced and Im going to hide it for my parents.
